This is the second year for the church's St. Nicholas Market. Last year's gathering was a most enjoyable one, and I met some incredible artists and market visitors.  The market will once again benefit the church's many charities, and it will include more vendors and even more items for holiday giving...or keeping.

LONE STAR PHOTO ART will be setup in the back, far left corner of the largest room, with a nice amount of natural lighting.  The market director remembered that from last year, because it really does allow the photographs on any print media to be seen at their best.  Tote bags, smaller framed photographs, and a few gallery-wrapped canvasses (GWC) will be the main features. Old favorites will also be available...mousepads, tile trivets, jar openers, bookmarks, and holiday note cards.

Last year I had a sample of a poem with my pooch, Maegruff, on a mousepad, and a market visitor asked if I could put a photo of her daughter's pooch on a tile trivet instead. Of course!  This year you can choose a mousepad OR a tile trivet to pay tribute to favorite furbabies...or turtles, parakeets, or horses for that matter.  And some customers wanted jar openers for stocking stuffers.  There will be several images from which to choose if you need a dozen or more perfectly-priced stocking stuffers this year.  Yes, you can mix 'n' match.
